This is just a fun little glider designed off the top of my head which looks like the classic WWII fighter, the Lockheed Martin P-38 Lightning. When I created this in 1996 it was just a heavy duty glider to toss around. Nowadays it could be electric powered and radio controlled!

The model is built from balsa sheet and weighs a ton (~55 to 65 grams), but it was designed to be easy for a kid to build and repair and strong enough to last a while.

As shown, the kit comes with a fullsize blueprint and beautiful laser cut components.

Building this airplane is a great way to have fun on a rainy afternoon!
